The Art Therapy Credentials Board (ATCB) is currently in the final phase of review and data migration for the new MyATCB credentialing system. The system is not live yet. A formal launch announcement will be issued once the transition is complete and the platform is ready for access.

Username Confirmation Email

A recent email was distributed to individuals in the following categories:

  • Active credential holders

  • Individuals in Deferred Status (formerly Temporary Inactive Status)

  • Individuals within the one-year reinstatement window

That communication was intended solely to confirm the email address associated with each ATCB record in advance of launch.

In the new MyATCB system, the email address on file will serve as the username. Confirming this information before launch helps reduce delays and support volume during the initial login period.

New System URL and Login Changes

When the new MyATCB system launches:

  • A new login URL will be announced and shared publicly.

  • The previous MyATCB URL will no longer function.

  • Previously saved links or stored passwords connected to the former system should be removed from password managers and bookmarks.

Access should not be attempted until the official launch announcement has been issued.

First-Time Login Process

For security purposes, ATCB does not store or transfer existing passwords. All users will be required to establish a new password upon first login.

Once the system is live, the process will be as follows:

  1. Navigate to the new login page (to be shared at launch)

  2. Select “Forgot password”

  3. Enter the email address on file with ATCB

  4. Follow the emailed instructions to create a new password

Previous system passwords will not work in the new platform.

ATCB appreciates the community’s patience during this transition. This system upgrade reflects a continued commitment to secure, reliable infrastructure that supports credential holders while maintaining the highest standards of professional oversight.

An official launch communication will be shared shortly.
