System Access

The new MyATCB Credentialing Management System is now live.

IMPORTANT: To avoid delaying launch, we prioritized releasing the core functions needed to apply, reinstate, and maintain credentials. These essential tools are fully operational and ready for use. Over the next several days, the system will continue to populate with previously entered Continuing Education (CE) records. Your records have not been lost. This process requires time to ensure accuracy and data integrity.

Please review the login instructions below.

Please Be Aware

Due to the high volume of users attempting to access the new system at the same time, you may experience slower load times or brief delays. We appreciate your patience and thank you for your understanding.

Frequently Asked Questions

ATCB will continue to update this section as questions are received and additional guidance becomes available.

General Questions

Will I need to create a new account in the new MyATCB system?
If your credential was active, in Deferred Status, or within the one-year reinstatement window at the time of system transition, your account was migrated to the new platform. Use the new login link and select “Forgot Password” to create a new password.  If you are a new applicant or did not previously access MyATCB, select “Create Account” on the login page to begin.  Individuals whose credentials expired more than one year prior to the transition must submit a new application in accordance with current eligibility requirements.
Why doesn’t my old password work?
For security and system integrity, passwords from the previous MyATCB platform were not transferred to the new system. All users must create a new password at first login by selecting “Forgot PasswordATCB does not store or maintain passwords.
Is the previous MyATCB login page still active?
You can still reach the previous MyATCB login page through some previously saved or bookmarked login pageshowever, they do not connect to the new MyATCB system.  Any activity submitted through legacy login pages or links will not transfer to the new platform. To ensure your information is properly recorded, please use only the new MyATCB login link provided on this page.
Why is my profile not fully populated?
The new MyATCB platform was implemented under updated data governance and privacy standards. Certain historical data fields from the previous system were not migrated into profile displays in order to align with current data protection policies and limit unnecessary exposure of personally identifiable information (PPI).  You may review and update available profile fields once logged in.
Will renewal deadlines change because of the system transition?
No. The launch of the new MyATCB system does not change renewal or recertification deadlines.  All credential maintenance requirements remain in effect according to established timelines.
Has anything about credential requirements changed?
No. The new system changes how credentialing activities are managed, not the standards themselves.  Eligibility criteria, renewal cycles, continuing education requirements, and the Code Governing Standards of Practice, Eligibility for and Regulation of Credentials, and Disciplinary Procedures remain unchanged.
What should I do if there is an issue with my account?
If you notice missing data, a profile error, or another account issue, please submit the designated system issue form. This ensures your concern is routed directly to the appropriate support team for review.
How do I report a data discrepancy?
Use the dedicated data issue submission form linked on this page. Please provide as much detail as possible to assist with review and resolution.

Data Migration & Historical Records

Why don’t I see my continuing education records?
Continuing education records are part of a large data migration effort involving millions of historical entries spanning more than 30 years of credentialing activity. To avoid delaying launch, we prioritized releasing the core functions needed to apply, reinstate, renew, and maintain credentials, while remaining CE data continues to populate in structured phases.  All CE records have been preserved and are being transferred into the new system. If you do not yet see certain entries, they may still be in the process of being displayed.  Your credential status is not affected by temporary visibility of CE history during migration. If you are approaching a renewal or recertification deadline and have a specific concern, please submit the data issue form for review.
Why can’t I see my past payments or history?
The new MyATCB platform was implemented under updated data governance and privacy standards. Certain historical transactional records, including older payment and order details, were not migrated into the visible user interface to align with current data protection practices and limit exposure of sensitive information.  This does not affect your credential status or standing. If you require documentation related to a specific prior transaction, please contact ATCB for assistance.
Why don’t I see my exam history?
Examination records are being transferred in stages due to the volume of historical data. If your examination information is not yet visible, it may still be in the migration process.  Your credential status is not affected by temporary visibility of examination history during data transfer
Was any data lost during migration?
No active credential holder records were intentionally discarded. Migration efforts were conducted through structured data transfer processes designed to preserve credentialing history.  If your credentail has been inactive for more than the one year reinstatement window, your account and data was not migrated over.  If you believe a specific record is missing after the migration cycle, please submit a data issue form for review.
Will exam score records transfer?
Yes. Examination records are included in the migration plan. Due to volume, visibility of some historical examination data may occur in stages.
Why don’t I see older CE submissions from past cycles?
Older CE records that were submitted for previous recertification cycles will not migrate as the ATCB clears these records once the recertification is approved.

Inactive Account Questions

If my credential is permanently inactive, did my information transfer to the new MyATCB system?
No. Information associated with permanently inactive credentials was not transfer to the new MyATCB system. ATCB retains credentialing data only for active credentials and those within the one-year reinstatement window.
Will I still be able to log into MyATCB if my credential is permanently inactive?
No. Accounts associated with permanently inactive credentials will not be accessible in the new MyATCB system, as these records are no longer maintained beyond the reinstatement period.
Do individuals with permanently inactive credentials need to create a new MyATCB account?
Yes. Individuals whose credentials are permanently inactive and who wish to reapply will need to create a new MyATCB account. This ensures that new applications are processed using current standards and requirements.
Why isn’t data from permanently inactive accounts being carried over to the new system?
ATCB does not retain personal data for permanently inactive credentials in order to meet data security and privacy requirements and to ensure credentialing records reflect current, verified status.
Does this apply to both credentials and board certification records?
Yes. Board certification is a designation attached to an underlying credential. If the credential becomes permanently inactive, the associated board certification record is also inactive and will not transfer to the new system.
