Questions related to login problems, system errors, application or payment issues, or incorrect information in your MyATCB account must be submitted through the MyATCB System Support Form.
Submitting a MyATCB system issue through this form will require you to resubmit your request through the support form before it can be reviewed.
Response Times
Due to the high inquiry volume leading up to and during the renewal and recertification period, please allow 7–10 business days for a response. Please do not resubmit your question within that window.
