ATCB℠ NONDISCRIMINATION POLICY
The ATCB℠ is committed to operating its programs in a nondiscriminatory manner and affirms that it shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, marital status, national origin, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability, medical condition (including but not limited to cancer-related or genetic characteristics), pregnancy, age, citizenship, or service in the uniformed services (as defined by the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994).
ATCB is committed to fairness and impartiality in the administration of its credentialing and certification programs. Eligibility requirements, examination processes, certification decisions, and related policies and procedures are applied consistently and without discrimination. ATCB maintains processes designed to support equitable treatment of candidates and credential holders while preserving the validity, reliability, security, and integrity of its certification programs.
This nondiscrimination policy applies to ATCB℠ credential holders, persons seeking ATCB℠ credentials, and persons who work for the ATCB℠ in paid or volunteer positions.
