Application Reminders

• Provider applications are reviewed within 7–10 business days. You will receive an email notification once your application has been reviewed.

• Approval is valid for 2 years, aligned with the ATCB℠ credentialing cycle.

• All applications require documentation of eligibility (see guidelines).

• Fees are non-refundable, even if your application is not approved.
